Add one tablespoon of Epsom salt to your bath water every day. Start with one tablespoon and gradually work your way up to two cups. I also suggest adding a few drops of lavender essential oil, especially when dealing with sleep or pain issues. Soak in the water for a minimum of 30 minutes, if you wish to maximize the benefits you may also add in vinegar or baking soda.
It is important to remember once you are done with your bath, drink plenty of water. Do thus 3-4 times a week but no more than that!
