The Best Crispy Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipe You’ve Ever Tasted

I love pizza, who doesn’t? The problem is pizza is loaded with fats, carbs, and sodium not anymore time for something new!

I am always looking for ways to make all my favorite foods lighter, pizza included. One day I was playing around with a few vegetables in the kitchen, and I came up with this! It is crispy, flavorful and a perfect substitution for bread based pizza crusts. I like to make personal pizzas with these, but the world is your pickle my friend!


3 heads Organic Cauliflower

5 Organic eggs

2 Cups shredded raw parmesan

2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning

1 Tbsp Sea Salt


Chop the cauliflower into smaller pieces and pulse with the food processor until it resembles rice. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake at 425 for 10 minutes.

Lay cheese cloth or a flower sack inside of a large bowl and the cauliflower to the towel. Let it cool completely, squeeze into a bowl to get the liquid out.

Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix well with your hands. Form into individual pizzas or large pizzas, add onto a prepared baking sheet and bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
